WHAT IS FLUR?

Flur is a Nigerian fintech platform offering digital wallets, payments, merchant services, and social commerce tools. We help you manage money individually, with family/groups, and as a business.

KEY FEATURES

• Digital Wallet: Store, send, and receive money securely
• PaySpaces: Shared financial spaces for goals and groups
• Group Wallets: Pool funds with family or friends
• Split Payments: Divide transaction costs fairly
• SecurePass: Manage subscriptions and share cards safely
• Flur Shop: Automate Instagram sales and payments
• POS Services: Accept in-person payments at your business

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be 18+ years old
• Provide accurate information
• Complete identity verification (KYC)
• Keep your account secure
• Use Flur only for legal purposes
• Pay applicable fees
• Report suspicious activity

FEES

We charge fees for certain services. Current fees are shown in-app before you confirm transactions. Fees may include:

• Premium feature subscriptions

PRIVACY AND DATA

SECURITY

Your account is protected by encryption, authentication, and monitoring. Use strong passwords, enable 2FA, and report any suspicious activity immediately.

DISPUTES

Report transaction disputes within 30 days. We investigate and respond within 14 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to arbitration.

ACCOUNT CLOSURE

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or regulatory requirements. Funds in closed accounts must be withdrawn within 30 days.

CHANGES TO TERMS
